Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, the following policies are in place. All service bookings offered at Skin By Lorine requires a card on file. You will not be charged until completion of your service and you may choose to pay another way. The card is held to secure your booking and will be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of appointment time or do not show. There is an 10 minute grace period for all appointment slots. Please keep in mind that if booked back to back and you are late to your appointment time, we may have to shorten your service length. However it is also within our rights to forfeit your appointment, therefore leading to cancellation fees. FORMS All services provided at Skin By Lorine require completion of an intake and consent form designated to the service booked and prior to being performed. Paperwork will be sent digitally or may be filled out in person at your appointment time, prior to your servicing. PAYMENTS A secure booking and payment system is used for all transactions. This is how you receive your appointment confirmations and receipts. Cash, card or Zelle are the only payment types accepted.
